We work closely with our long-term training partner at Lighthouse Safety Training Ltd to ensure we are always aware of the latest legislation. Elm Contractors have a training plan for each member of staff and all of our training is recorded locally and monitored.

We place health, safety and the welfare of our employees and others who may be affected as a business priority.

Lighthouse Safety Training have supplied us with regular competent advice for many years along with assisting with site audit and surveys. Having Lighthouse on board means we are rest assured that our health and safety systems are always up to date and comply with regulations to keep our workforce and others safe.
