Environment
We work closely with our suppliers to ensure they follow strict environmental policies. We adhere to obtaining their management policies before forming contracts particularly in the areas of waste and hazardous materials.
Community and Sponsorship
We are proud to work closely with local educational establishments, we recently provided new running clothing to the athletics team at Four Elms Primary School in Edenbridge. We are also sponsor Castle Colts Under 10’s Football Team in Maidstone. We constantly monitor local events in the neighbourhood and are happy to give back to our local community wherever we can.
Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are recognised as a key investment by Elm Contractors and we work with various colleges to secure the best candidates. Our apprentice positions are advertised on www.findapprenticeship.service.gov.uk
All of our apprentices receive on-site experience, working with our experienced team across multiple trades as well as their own chosen trades, if you are looking to secure an apprenticeship within the building trade, please contact us to see what we have available.
